Rosebay Willowherb (Chamerion angustifolium), a fairly attractive plant, but a weed nonetheless which will compete with the plants you want to grow for nutrients and water.
A particularly annoying garden weed due to its habit of seeding prolifically and forming deep roots.
Spray when it’s actively growing and has a good leaf area to target to get the best results.
