Coarse open graded sand.

Uses:
Can be used for making plaster and mortar, laying paving, top dressing lawns and for use on greenhouse capillary benches.

Apply:
Product can be used throughout the year.

Application Rate:
For a depth of 1-2'', apply 2 x 25kg bags per m2. 
 
I'm setting up a propagating bench in my greenhouse with a soil warming cable to speed seeds and cuttings into growth. What sort of sand should I choose to fill the bench?
 
Sharp Sand would be a good choice because it has a coarse open structure that allows moisture to move from area to area. It is also washed so that it won't introduce any disease problems into the greenhouse environment.
