This season look out for the New and exclusive Unwins Tulip ‘Lucy Belle’. It’s a stunning double-fringed late flowering Tulip that will add a touch of the exotic to any bedding display. One lucky winner was delighted to learn that he had won a competition to name this new variety. Mr Scannell of Northern Ireland chose his new daughter’s name ‘Lucybelle’. ‘Lucybelle’ was picked at random from 100’s of entries and the winner Mr Scannell won an all expenses paid trip to the Chelsea Flower Show.

Tulip ‘Lucy Belle; is just one of range of fabulous spring flowering bulbs chosen to create the ‘Something Special’ range on sale at Garden centres this autumn. Each variety has been selected for its colour, interest and prominence. The Unwins ‘Something Special’ range excels in all-round beauty. Also included in the range are three other gorgeous garden tulips including the majestic midnight black double Tulip ‘Black Hero’ and the exotic parrot Tulip ‘Bedding Fantasy’ with bicoloured rich ink and green flowers, which is new to the Unwins range for this season.
